Oakridge Co-op Update
The Calgary Coop Food Store located at #8 Oakridge is well under way. Check out our time lapse video to see the progress made on the 53,427 sq. ft new grocery store with 5 CRU’s and associated site work. The 14-acre site and the existing businesses are operational throughout construction and public activity is at a high so public safety, traffic flow, and deliveries for business must be maintained at all times.
Elan Construction completed all the new underground deep service installations, asphalt and site concrete for the entire site in 2021, constructed a new 2-storey professional building with 14 CRU’s in 2021, completed many of the tenant improvements in 2022, demolished the existing mall in 2023 and begun construction of the new grocery store in 2023.
