Superintendent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on an array of commercial projects varying in size and type.

To work with the ever-growing construction diversity, they will have a strong work ethic, a desire to achieve project goals, as well as strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with sub-contractors, owners and project team to deliver timeless, quality projects

• Manage schedules, budget and deliverables to ensure project success

• Establish strong working relationships with clients, owners and trades

• Quality Control Management

• Strong attention to the safety in the workplace

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Previous commercial-light industrial experience five to 10+ years
