This complex, multi-phase project will transform the legacy property into a vibrant mixed-use development, all while keeping the existing store open and operational during construction.

Phased Construction Timeline

Elan is drawing on experience from similar successful projects—like the Oakridge Co-op redevelopment, to ensure uninterrupted store access, smooth traffic flow, and a strong focus on safety for both the public and workers.
