Teaming up with Quadreal Property Group, we simultaneously construction of two expansive warehouses in Calgary:

  • Building G (474,060 sq. ft.) and;

  • Building H (208,500 sq. ft.)

This project was a testament to precise timing and coordination, resulting in an incredible achievement.

A key feature of these buildings is their striking light and glass corners, which distinguish them from other commercial spaces and add a touch of brilliance. Beyond their aesthetic appeal, their convenient location makes them highly desirable.

We were fortunate enough to help XTL Transportation build out their dream space in these new warehouses. Clients moved into their spaces last fall, and with the final landscaping touches this spring 2025, these buildings have fully come to life.
