Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for a 159,705 square foot multi-tenant warehouse facility. This facility was constructed with precast wall panels, insulated metal wall panels and a 36' clear height for Greystone Asset Management.

Maintained the overall project schedule despite a 4% contract increase for Tenant Specific Base build and site revisions upgrades.
