Elan was selected to provide general contracting services for four warehouse facilities (B1, D1, E and F) in the Oxford Airport Business Park. Each warehouse was unique in size and desired end-state functionality. In addition, Elan provided post-bid value engineering to align the project budget with the approved expenditure.
