Elan was selected to provide General Contracting services for Auburn Bay Station Retail Center. This centre is the only commercial site in Auburn Bay and has 23 individual tenants in nine separate buildings across an 8 acre parcel. The anchor tenant is Co-op Grocery, Liquor and Gas Stores with other major tenants including Tim Hortons. In addition, Elan provided post-bid value engineering to align the project budget with approved expenditure and completed tenant improvements for anchor tenants that allowed these businesses to open ahead of schedule.
