Elan was selected to provide general contracting services for the Gates of Nolan Hill retail centre. This included a grocery store anchor and eight additional buildings comprised of a range of restaurants, service buildings and a gas bar. The site uniquely accommodates a steep grade while maintaining pedestrian accessibility and is unified by a common palette of brandywine brick, engineered wood siding, glazing and shingle roofs.
