Gateway and North Retail District in Seton
Elan was selected to provide general contracting services for the Seton North Retail District. The development is over 20 acres of land and includes 17 LEED certified retail space buildings with anchor tenants Shoppers Drug Mart, Save-On-Foods and Mountain Equipment Co-op. In addition, Elan provided post-bid value engineering to align the project budget with approved expenditure and completed tenant improvements for anchor tenants that allowed these businesses to open ahead of schedule.
