HOA Building

The Seton HOA building is now complete and officially open to residents of Seton and Seton Ridge, another successful project with Brookfield Properties.

Spanning 14,000 sq. ft., the building combines wood and steel construction, James Hardie siding, and a striking silhouette featuring rooflines and second-story balconies.

Like many large projects, this one came with its share of hurdles, from material procurement delays to design challenges. By maintaining early, open conversations and strong communication with our partners, we were able to navigate these realities and keep the project largely on track, delivering a space that residents can enjoy for years to come.
