Elan entered into a CCDC 2 contract with The LaCaille Group to develop the Sky Pointe landing site and construct seven multi tenant buildings for local and national retailers. At the mid point of the project the owner added an additional five buildings to Elan's scope. The site includes large outdoor common areas with seating and landscape features and provides a strong retail presence in this fast growing NE Calgary community.
