Working alongside Dream Industrial REIT and JLL, Elan Construction completed the new Pet Valu Warehouse at the CrossIron Distribution Centre in Balzac, Alberta.

Spanning 296,000 sq. ft., this facility was designed to serve as a key logistics hub supporting Pet Valu’s growing retail network across Western Canada.

This project required speed, precision, and coordination from early planning through to delivery. Ensuring Pet Valu could transition seamlessly into a much larger space to meet demand.

Every detail of the build reflects efficiency and purpose, with modern distribution design and the operational flexibility needed for national-scale fulfillment.
