TDA Tenant Improvement:
Building the Space Behind the Vision
In February 2026, Elan completed a 7,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement at Taza Park West, creating new office space for the Tsuut’ina Development Authority.
Delivered through Construction Management, the space combines function with details that reflect the landscape and cultural resonance of the Tsuut’ina Nation.
Exposed wood beams bring warmth overhead. Large-scale image installations connect the interiors to the surrounding landscape and community. Standout lighting features and extensive glass allow natural light to move throughout the space, creating an open and welcoming environment.
Continuing Our Work at Tsuut’ina
The TDA office is the latest in Elan’s ongoing work with the Tsuut’ina Nation, spanning commercial development, healthcare, and tenant improvements.
Each project is different in its purpose and scale, but together they reflect a relationship that continues to grow alongside the community.
