Before the Build Begins
Sometimes the most important work on a project happens before anything gets built.
Elan is underway on a 354,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Electrolux Canada in Balzac, delivered through Design-Build and scheduled for completion in November 2026.
The project also continues our work with Dream, the property owner and a team we've built a strong working relationship with across multiple projects.
Getting Everyone on the Same Page
With a tight construction schedule ahead and members of the project team based in North Carolina, early coordination matters.
Before construction began, Elan brought the key teams together inside the existing warehouse to walk the building, understand the space and work through the details that will shape design and construction.
It may look like an empty warehouse today, but these early conversations are what help a fast-moving project run smoothly once work gets underway.
With design, permitting and coordination setting the foundation, the team is now moving full speed toward bringing the new Electrolux space to life.
This project also continues Elan's work with Dream alongside the Andrew Sheret development, another project currently taking shape in Calgary.
