A New Partnership. A Familiar Team.
Construction is underway on a new 8,131 sq. m. warehouse and distribution facility for Andrew Sheret in Calgary. Located off Deerfoot Trail, the precast concrete facility marks Elan’s first project with the Andrew Sheret team and another opportunity to work alongside BCW Architects, a design partner we’ve worked closely with across several recent projects.
New client, established collaboration
While this is our first project with Andrew Sheret, the team around the table is a familiar one. Our relationship with BCW has grown through multiple projects over the past year, including our work together on the Dream Developments. Now, we’re bringing that experience into a new project and a new client relationship. It’s a combination we value: new relationships alongside trusted collaborators.
Project completion is planned for June 2027. We look forward to sharing more as the project takes shape.
