Livingston Commercial Centre: Continuing Our Partnership with Brookfield
We’re excited to announce the start of construction on the Livingston Commercial Centre, our fifth project with Brookfield Residential, a valued long-term partner.
Located within the growing Livingston community in North Calgary, this multi-building commercial development will include nine CRU buildings and full site development, helping support the shops, services, and amenities that bring a community to life. Construction is now underway with a projected duration of 22 months.
Projects like this are built on more than drawings and schedules. They are built on long-term relationships, alignment early in the process, and teams that continue to grow together over time.

We're excited to announce the immediate start of the Livingstone Commercial Centre, our fifth retail development with Brookfield, a valued repeat client. This multi-building commercial development will include nine CRU buildings and full site development, with a projected duration of 22 months.
This project is a testament to the strength and longevity of our relationships, both within our company and with our partners. It's especially rewarding to see employees like Mike Jondreau, who started as apprentices on our first retail centre in Cranston Market Square, now stepping into leadership roles on this significant project.
We're also pleased to be collaborating with our friends at Zeidler Architecture on the Livingstone Commercial Centre, located in the North East of Calgary. More information will be shared as construction progresses.
