Livingstone Commercial Centre: Our Fifth Project with Brookfield
We're excited to announce the immediate start of the Livingstone Commercial Centre, our fifth retail development with Brookfield, a valued repeat client. This multi-building commercial development will include nine CRU buildings and full site development, with a projected duration of 22 months.
This project is a testament to the strength and longevity of our relationships, both within our company and with our partners. It's especially rewarding to see employees like Mike Jondreau and Taylor Fryklind, who started as apprentices on our first retail centre in Cranston Market Square, now stepping into leadership roles on this significant project.
We're also pleased to be collaborating with our friends at Zeidler Architecture on the Livingstone Commercial Centre, located in the North East of Calgary. More information will be shared as construction progresses.
