Tsuut'ina Medical Centre: Building Momentum

Construction continues to progress at the Tsuut'ina Medical Centre as the project moves beyond foundations and begins taking shape above ground.

Foundation work has advanced across all three sections of the building, with interior footings nearing completion. Waterproofing has been completed using a hot-rubber application, while foundation backfill and insulation work continue across the site.

Above grade, framing is now underway with prefabricated wall sections being installed and the first structural steel components erected. With each milestone, the vision for the Medical Centre becomes more visible.

This phase of the project has been supported by a strong group of trade partners, including Indigenous-owned contractor Cor-Crete Concrete Services, along with LMS Reinforcing Steel Group, Prattco Excavating, and United Roofing. Their collaboration and craftsmanship have helped establish a solid foundation for the project as construction continues.

We're proud to see the Tsuut'ina Medical Centre taking shape and look forward to sharing more progress as work continues in the months ahead.

Tsuut’ina Nation Medical Centre: A Landmark Project

We are excited to announce our latest project: an 18,330 square foot medical centre on the Tsuut’ina Nation. This significant undertaking is scheduled to commence in early August and will span 17 months. Designed with distinctive finishes and architectural elements, this building is poised to become a true architectural highlight.

This project marks a significant milestone in our relationship with the Tsuut’ina Nation, as it is our first direct collaboration. While we have previously partnered on successful community initiatives like 7 Chiefs Champions athlete development pathway and delivered notable builds such as The Shops at Buffalo Run and the Taza Marketing Centre on the Nation, we are particularly honoured that they have entrusted us with the construction of this vital infrastructure, which will undoubtedly make a substantial impact on their community.
