Continuing Our Work with Burnswest at Greyston Industrial
We're pleased to share that Elan is working with Burnswest on the next phase of Greyston Industrial in Cochrane.
The project will include two new light industrial buildings totalling approximately 42,000 sq. ft., adding new industrial space to the growing development.
Our relationship with Burnswest goes back years, and Greyston Industrial is another opportunity to continue that work together.
The project is currently in pre-construction, where our team is working alongside Burnswest and the design team to advance the design, evaluate costs, and help ensure the project makes sense before construction begins.
We're also working alongside familiar partners TRL and DBK, as well as Kumlin Sullivan Architecture.
There's plenty more to come as Buildings 4 & 8 move from plans to construction.
