We're excited to announce our next project with Brookfield Residential: a new six-storey mixed-use development in Seton that will bring together commercial space, multi-family residential, and underground parking in one of Calgary's fastest-growing communities.
Located directly south of the South Health Campus, the development includes 14,077 sq. ft. of commercial space, 78,630 sq. ft. of residential living, and 24,382 sq. ft. of underground parkade, helping meet the growing demand for housing and amenities in southeast Calgary.
